Dr. Bill Bailey is a graduate of Life Christian University, with a Bachelors, Masters and Ph.D. in Theology. He also has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Painting, Printmaking and Photography from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He has been an ordained minister since 1977. Dr. Bailey has served as pastor of several churches, served as an itinerant Bible teacher with a radio broadcast called “The Spirit of Faith Broadcast“, and was founder and President of the North Carolina Fellowship of Word Ministries. He was also a charter member (chartered in 1979) of the International Convention of Faith Ministries (ICFM.)

Dr. Bailey is a strong believer in reaching people with every available form of technology. His secular career in computer science has provided the means and the methodology to implement many technical methods of teaching the Word of Faith message. Dr. Bailey has over thirty years of computer system management background and experience. Today, he is an advocate for Open Source technologies through his Dr. Bill Bailey.NET web site. Dr. Bailey also continues to research and develop methods of reaching out via technology, such as through the streaming video program,  “The Word of Faith Netcast” and his daily Internet Radio Broadcast, “The Word of Faith Broadcast,” heard on WOFR.org – Word of Faith Radio.  In his secular career, he is a Computer System Administrator at High Point Regional Health System, and is also a Webmaster and System Consultant; and in that capacity, is a Certified Citrix Administrator and a VMware Certified Professional.

Dr. Bill teaches the uncompromising Word of Faith message via his website at www.wofm.org and teaches on a daily (Monday – Friday) Internet Radio Program on WOFR.org – Word of Faith Radio. at 11:30 AM (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday.   He also travels and ministers the word as opportunities present themselves.
